Who we are
PlanIntel is a weekly planning intelligence service for UK structural engineers, operated by CallCatch Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: hello@planintel.co.uk.
What we collect
When you sign up we collect your name, work email, optional practice name, base postcode and coverage preference. We store this securely to deliver the weekly email and manage your account. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How we use it
Your details are used only to send the PlanIntel weekly email, respond to support requests, and improve the service. We use a reputable email provider to deliver messages. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send you.
Source data
PlanIntel content is compiled from publicly available UK council planning registers. We do not republish personal applicant information beyond what is already on the public record.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email hello@planintel.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie for logged-in users. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
